We are confident your custom dive mask will perfectly suit you, but if it will need some alterations, our customer service will be available to help you find the perfect product.

Any defect reports (defects of wearability, imperfections or other) must reach our customer service within 14 days of receiving the product. If the report occurs after more than 14 days, any charge for the action will be borne by the buyer.

Items which, due to their nature, can not be returned by post shall be collected by the delivery service designated by the seller at the request of the buyer. The cost of returning items is borne by the buyer.

Return of damaged shipment

In the event that the package is damaged, lacks content or shows signs of opening, the buyer must initiate a complaint procedure with the supplier of the goods (Pošta Slovenije or DHL). Together we will make sure that the complaint is resolved in the shortest possible time.

Return of damaged goods

If the goods do not have the characteristics explicitly promised by the seller, if the seller sent the wrong products, in the wrong quantity, colours or the goods otherwise deviate from the buyer's order, then the buyer have the rights to return goods. By prior arrangement with the seller, it is also possible to return the goods by post, otherwise the return is made in person at the store.


In accordance with the law, the manufacturer is obliged to provide the buyer with a guarantee for the flawless operation of the purchased goods. The warranty can be claimed by the customer directly from the manufacturer or its authorized service center.

The buyer can claim the guarantee with the guarantee certificate and the seller's invoice. The manufacturer is obliged to carry out warranty repair within 45 days of receipt of the goods, otherwise replace the item with another, equivalent and faultless item. The buyer can also claim the guarantee from the seller, but even in this case the provision from the previous paragraph applies. The return of goods under warranty is made in accordance with the conditions specified by the manufacturer on the warranty card.

If you want to return the shipment at our expense, it is necessary to agree in advance.

Product defect

According to the Consumer Protection Act, the error is real:

  • if the goods do not have the characteristics necessary for their normal use or for marketing;

  • if the goods do not have the characteristics necessary for the special use for which the buyer buys them, but which was known to the buyer or should have been known to him;

  • if the goods do not have the characteristics and qualities that have been explicitly or tacitly agreed or prescribed;

  • if the seller has delivered goods that do not match the sample or model, unless the sample or model was shown only for the purpose of notification.

The buyer must notify us of any material defect, together with a detailed description of it, no later than two months from the day the defect was discovered. If more than two years have passed since the receipt of the item, it is no longer possible to claim a material error. At the same time, the seller must be able to inspect the item.

The right to assert a material defect in an article is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the ZVPot.
