The inverted teardrop design allows the 15º inclined and prolonged lenses to be
positioned close to the eyes for an exceptionally wide field of view, which enhance the downward visibility when operating BC-mounted equipment. The Big Eyes system boosts the lower visible area by more than 30% compared to the conventional masks. The upper and side visibility is increased up to the limit provided by the thickness of the frame: + 3% for the upper visibility and + 5% for the side visibility.

The Crystal High Seal Silicone skirt sits gently against the skin and delivers outstanding light transmission. It is also resistant to discoloration. Predisposition to yellowing over time is down by 90% compared to other silicones, thanks to its unique chemical composition. The crystalline silicone, which does not contain silicon chloride, does not grease the mask and therefore does not affect the fogging of the mask. The skirt is designed to be open-angled to suit different face shapes, and the ribbed design of the skirt offers stability where required, for a soft and flexible fit. The rigid silicone inner part gives the mask robustness and high stability. The internal volume is minimized to ensure that all frame vision is effectively removed. The outer part of the skirt is in contact with the face, while the part surrounding the nose has a reduced thickness to improve fit and maintain comfort during prolonged use. In particular, the structural rigidity of the central bridge was specifically addressed to avoid loss of the plane of the glasses due to too high a tension of the strap, which could lead to optical distortions.

Micrometric Re-Adjustable Buckles
Fully rotatable buckles with a release flap allow precise adjustment of the headband. The tension of the strap is applied directly to the frame. The swivel buckles are connected to flexible, indestructible elastomer tabs, allowing tilting and turning, maximum durability, and comfortable wear without interruption. This relieves the strain transmitted to the side of the skirt, enhances the range of movement, and contributes to a better seal of the skirt.
